Warranty Duration
Beamstyle provides warranty and maintenance services after the project completion date at a competitive rate. The project completion date is the date when the project is officially accepted by our clients.
Warranty will cover:
- error/bug fixings which are within the scope of the requirement document
- fixing of misspelled word and other content-wise errors
Warranty will not cover:
- features which are not included in the original requirement document
- deployment changes (ex. change of domain name, change of online payment account)
- adding additional payment gateways
- adjustment of SEO related code (if a search engine suddenly changes the way it ranks its searches, we will not change it within the warranty period)
- adding additional descriptions to existing or new products for online shops
- changing site/directory structures
- site migrations
