Warranty Duration
Beamstyle provides six months of free warranty and maintenance services after the project completion date. The project completion date is the date when the project is officially accepted by our clients.
Warranty will cover:
- error/bug fixings which are within the scope of the requirement document
- fixing of misspelled word and other content-wise errors
Warranty will not cover:
- features which are not included in the original requirement document
- deployment changes (ex. change of domain name, change of online payment account)
- adding additional payment gateways
- adjustment of SEO related code (if a search engine suddenly changes the way it ranks its searches, we will not change it within the warranty period)
- adding additional descriptions to existing or new products for online shops
- changing site/directory structures
- site migrations
