What technologies do you use in the software design and development?
We would use different technologies for solving different client's requirements. Having said that, we will most likely use PHP to build our web solutions. We would also consider using J2EE for enterprise web application when needed.
Do we do SEO for our web solutions?
We will follow guidelines and techniques for search engine optimizations (SEO). However, we will not do all aspects of SEO as they are current beyond our scope. Please take a look at Our SEO Policy for further information.
Do you work with clients who are not based in Hong Kong?
We do work with clients who are not based in Hong Kong. Previously, we have worked with some clients from US and the project turned out to be a success. We communicated via Skype, email, and other online tools. In addiiton, we would discuss via phone if necessary.
How do we charge our clients?
Usually, we bill our clients at three different stages of our project. We will charge a non-refundable payment of 30% of the total cost at project kick-off. Halfway through the project, we will bill another 30%. Finally, we will bill the remainder of the money at the end of the project when our clients accept the project.
How much do we charge on a project?
The price of a project depends on the effort required to design it. Each client will have different requirements, so each project will be priced differently. In order for us to charge our clients fairly, we will estimate the time it takes to finish each requirement and will charge our clients by an hourly rate.
